Effective date

Effective 2026-10-29. This is a plain-English summary of how Humanize Like Me handles your data.

Your voice cards

Voice cards are stored in your browser by default. If you sign in with Google, you can turn on optional cloud sync. There's a “delete everything” control that removes your cards and synced data.

Your text

• When you run a rewrite or a sentence tweak, your text is sent to an AI model provider to produce the result. That's the only reason it's sent.
• Free rewrites are not saved on our side.
• On Plus, rewrite history is saved to your account so you can find it again. You can delete it any time.
• The tone checker and daily AI word run without saving your text.

Account and payments

You don't need an account for the free tier. Paid features use Google sign-in; we receive your name, email and profile basics from Google. Payments are handled by Stripe, and we don't see or store your card number. We keep purchase records such as plan, amount and dates.

Analytics and cookies

We use basic analytics to see which pages and features are used, and cookies or local storage to keep your voice card, quota and sign-in working. We don't sell personal data.

Your choices

You can delete your voice cards and history, delete your account, or ask us to erase your data. You can also clear site data in your browser. Contact: hello@humanizelikeme.com.

Changes

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we'll update the date at the top and note it on the site.
